Three2Six was founded by athletes looking for an edge. The search for that edge was difficult. In looking for a coaching/training program, it became very apparent that an effective and direct approach to training was not going to be easy to find. Workouts were very general in nature, and on-on-one coaching was very expensive.
As athletes involved in various sports, one common theme was universal - to see improvement and results, workouts were very specific and structured. We have adopted the same principles and transferred them to the bike. We can help you define your strengths and your weaknesses....and improve on them all.
Specific workout for a specific desired gain - sounds like practicing for almost any other sport, right? Not unlike weight training where you do very specific exercises, reps, and weights to gain strength and size in a specific body part.
